Synthetic rubber-based high performance preformed strip sealant laminated with a hard closed-cell PVC foam.

Specifically developed for sealing flange joints in GRP sectional water tanks and designed in ‘L’ and ‘U’ shape sections for perimeter and partition sealing. 

The product is approved for use in contact with potable water by the UK Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS). 

The ultimate air & moisture barrier tape. Seals lap joints in walls and roofs in industrial and commercial buildings to reduce condensation and increase airtightness to conform with UK Building Regulations Approved Document L.

Synthetic rubber-based general purpose preformed strip sealant laminated with a fixed polyester liner. 

The ultimate high performance Air Seal and Moisture Barrier Tape designed initially for sealing side lap joints of metal roof and wall liners to reduce condensation and increase airtightness in buildings.

Dry fleece backed sealant available in pads or rolls. Provides a damp proof barrier in specialist bathroom construction and sound attenuation in the automotive industry. Fleeceband can be used as a DPC when sealing window frames to rendered walls. 

Synthetic rubber-based preformed strip sealant laminated with a non-woven polyester fleece. The fleece will accept paint, plaster, cement and adhesives so it is an ideal product for sealing floor-to-wall joints and around drains in wetrooms, sealing cracks prior to plastering. 

Fleeceband is also recommended for sound-deadening applications and air-leakage sealing.

Synthetic rubber-based preformed strip sealant with a fixed non-woven fleece backing, which itself has a double-sided scrim tape laminated on one edge. The colour of the sealant is grey.

Provides an excellent seal between blockwork and window frames to prevent energy loss in domestic and commercial buildings.  The scrim tape is compatible with a wide variety of window frame substrates.

Supplied on an overlapped release paper giving a convenient central fingerlift.
