Hodgson Sealants win the Brilliance in Business Awards for Training and Development 2010/2011
Awarded by the New Forest Business Partnership, and presented by the Hon. Ralph Montagu, Hodgson Sealants -Lymington, received the Brockenhurst College Training and Development award in December 2010 for excellence in staff development.
Established in 2001, The New Forest Business Partnership work towards encouraging local business' to connect and become part of a team which benefits the Forest's economy.'
One area in which the New Forest Business Partnership promotes, is the in-house development of staff, and investment in training and skills.
The New Forest Business Partnership recognised Hodgson Sealants for the investment in staff during 2010 and the implementation of a training strategy within all areas of the business to meet our goal of 'Developing Staff from Within'. The implementation of this training plan has provided internal growth opportunities, continual improvement in systems and enabling us excel in quality standards and customer satisfaction.
