Fire Resistant Products

BWF Certifire approved intumescent glazing strip sealant tested to BS476, EN1364 and EN1634 for 30 minutes in timber doors and screens. Can be used with 14 different glass types. Also has applications in partitioning and fire rated ductwork.

60 Minutes Fire Resistance in timber doors and screens when glazing with Pilkington Pyrostop and Pyrodur.
Tested to BSEN 1634 - 1:2000 and BSEN 1364 - 1:1999.


Ceramic fibre tape suitable for glazing timber or steel doors and screens with a wide range of insulating and non-insulating fire resistant glass types. Tested to BS476.


Intumescent Acrylic sealant for sealing around door architraves, fire rated ductwork and in fire walls. Tested to BS476: Part 20 for up to 4 hours.


Class B1 Flame Retardant Construction Foam. Fills gaps around pipes and service penetrations and seals partition walls. Conforms to DIN 4102 Part 1 Class B1:1998 and prEN1366 Part 4:1998.

Intumescent Acrylic sealant for glazing fan lights, and circular and shaped vision panels in doors. Tested to BS476: Part 22 for 30 minutes.
